Greek Salad Dip

While planning a party recently I found myself wanting something different than our normal chips and salsa or seven layer dip. Don’t get me wrong, I love a good spinach dip and nachos but I also wanted something that could be deemed to be on the healthy side. 

This ended up being even better than I thought it would. And seemed to be enjoyed by everyone because it was all gone very quickly! Even Mike, who is not a fan of feta cheese at all, loved this!

Greek Salad DIp

A delicious, healthy dip served with pita chips.

Prep Time 15 minutes
Cook Time 5 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 16oz Hummus
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup diced kalamata olives
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley optional
  • Pita Chips

Instructions

  1. In a 9"X9" glass dish, spread the hummus evenly.

  2. Begin layering the tomato, cucumber, onion, and olives.

  3. Next, sprinkle the feta cheese over the top followed by the parsley if desired.

  4. Serve with pita chip.

  5. Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
