How To Make Pumpkin Puree
Making pumpkin puree is easier than you think and fresh pumpkin makes any recipe even more delicious. Replace canned puree to step up your next dish!
HOW TO MAKE PUMPKIN PUREE
- 1 Sugar Pie Pumpkin about 3lbs
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
Preheat oven to 375 degrees
Cut Pumpkin in half. Remove the stem and all the seeds.
Lay the two halves, skin side up, on a cookie sheet and drizzle olive oil over it.
Bake in the oven for about an hour or until fork tender.
