Maple Cinnamon Almonds

Maple Cinnamon Almonds

What You’ll Need:

  • 1 Egg white

  • 1/3 Cup maple syrup

  • 1/3 Cup Sugar in the Raw

  • 2 Teaspoons cinnamon

  • ½ Teaspoon salt

  • 4 Cups raw almonds

How To:

  1. Preheat oven to 250°

  2. In a small bowl, mix sugar, cinnamon and salt together. Set aside.

  3. In a large bowl, whisk egg white until frothy and foaming.

  4. Whisk maple syrup into the egg white until combined.

  5. Add almonds to syrup and egg white mixture and stir until fully coated. Discard any excess liquid. 

  6. Place almonds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

  7. Sprinkle dry ingredient mixture onto the almonds and mix thoroughly until evenly dispersed. 

  8. Bake almonds 45 minutes, stirring every 15 minutes.

    Once cooled, enjoy!
