Quick and Easy Hummus

We love hummus in our house. We eat it with vegetables, pita bread and even spread it on sandwiches.

One of the best parts of hummus is that it is so easy to make. With just a few ingredients, hummus can be made in just a few minutes.

Quick and Easy Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 15 oz cans garbanzo beans
  • 3 gloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup water
  • Smoked Paprika to taste

Instructions

  1. Drain and rinse garbanzo beans.
  2. Add garbanzo beans, garlic and salt to food processor.
  3. Process for 20 seconds then add water, lemon juice and tahini. Process again for 20-30 seconds.
  4. Drizzle in olive oil.
  5. Serve in a bowl and sprinkle paprika to taste.
