Greek Salad DIp
A delicious, healthy dip served with pita chips.

Cook Time 5 minutes minutes
- 1 16oz Hummus
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup diced kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley optional
- Pita Chips
In a 9"X9" glass dish, spread the hummus evenly.
Begin layering the tomato, cucumber, onion, and olives.
Next, sprinkle the feta cheese over the top followed by the parsley if desired.
Serve with pita chip.
Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
