Greek Salad DIp

A delicious, healthy dip served with pita chips.

Ingredients

  • 1 16oz Hummus
  • 1/2 cup diced cucumber
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup diced kalamata olives
  • 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tbsp fresh chopped parsley optional
  • Pita Chips

Instructions

  • In a 9"X9" glass dish, spread the hummus evenly.
  • Begin layering the tomato, cucumber, onion, and olives.
  • Next, sprinkle the feta cheese over the top followed by the parsley if desired.
  • Serve with pita chip.
  • Keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
