Quick and Easy Hummus

Ingredients

  • 2 15 oz cans garbanzo beans
  • 3 gloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 4 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup tahini
  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup water
  • Smoked Paprika to taste

Instructions

  • Drain and rinse garbanzo beans.
  • Add garbanzo beans, garlic and salt to food processor.
  • Process for 20 seconds then add water, lemon juice and tahini. Process again for 20-30 seconds.
  • Drizzle in olive oil.
  • Serve in a bowl and sprinkle paprika to taste.
