The Best Chocolate Chip Cookies

This is no over sell. These cookies always come out perfectly and they are the chocolate chip cookies you want to eat. 


What You'll Need:

  • 1 cup 2 sticks unsalted butter, room temperature
  • ¾ cup granulated sugar
  • ¾ cup brown sugar
  • 2 room temperature eggs
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 1/4 cups all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 bag semi-sweet chocolate chips


  • Preheat oven to 375°
  • In a stand mixer (or bowl using a hand mixer) combine butter, sugars, eggs and vanilla until well blended.
  • In another bowl, combined flour, baking soda and salt gently with a whisk.
  • Slowly add dry ingredients to the butter, sugar, eggs and vanilla.
  • When everything is mixed thoroughly, add the chocolate chips.
  • Spoon dough onto a baking sheet with about 1-2 inches of space between them.
  • Bake for 10-13 minutes until golden brown.
  • Let cool on a cooling rack for about 10 minutes before enjoying!
