Asian Inspired Chopped Salad

Ingredients

Ingredients:

  • 1 9 oz bag of cole slaw mix with red cabbage we like the Trader Joe's bag
  • 1 red bell pepper sliced thinly
  • ¼ cup slivered almonds
  • 2 green onion sliced thinly
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Dressing:

  • ¼ cup coconut aminos
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 clove garlic minced
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger grated

Instructions

Instructions:

  • Place all of the salad ingredients in a large bowl and gently toss.
  • In a small bowl, add dressing ingredients. Stir until well combined.
  • Pour dressing over salad when you are prepared to eat.
  • Garnish with more green onion and sesame seeds if desired.
